LaCorata Beverage LLC's Graasi 12-Pack Barley Water Giveaway Terms and Conditions
1. Promotion Description: The Graasi 12-Pack Barley Water Giveaway ("Promotion") is a sweepstakes where participants can win one of five 12-pack variety cases of Graasi barley water. The Promotion runs from 05/13/2024 until 05/27/2024 ("Promotion Period").
2. Eligibility: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the lower 48 states of the United States, who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of LaCorata Beverage LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, and their immediate family members and persons living in the same household, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law, and is not available in Alaska, Hawaii, and outside the United States.
3. How to Enter: Participants must follow Graasi on Facebook and Instagram and tag two friends in the comments of the designated giveaway post. No purchase necessary. A purchase does not enhance the chance of winning.
4. Selection of Winners: Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted by 05/28/2024. Winners will be notified by direct message on Facebook or Instagram within five (5) business days following the winner selection. LaCorata Beverage LLC shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for winners' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 48 hours, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
5. Prizes: Each of the five (5) winners will receive a 12-pack variety case of Graasi barley water. The approximate retail value of each prize is $45. Prizes are non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted.
6. Publicity: By participating in the Promotion, each entrant grants LaCorata Beverage LLC the right to use their name, likeness, and biographical information for publicity and promotional purposes on social media and other channels without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
7. General Conditions: LaCorata Beverage LLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Promotion if any fraud, virus or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Promotion, as determined by LaCorata Beverage LLC in its sole discretion. In such event, LaCorata Beverage LLC reserves the right to award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment.
8. Limitation of Liability: LaCorata Beverage LLC is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion and assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to the website.
9. Disputes: This Promotion is governed by the laws of South Carolina, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Promotion, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in South Carolina having jurisdiction.
